How to participate:

The challenge starts on September 15 and ends on December 8

A 12-week program to get you back on your feet after summer and kick-start your routine!


You'll receive targeted workouts, tools for eating better, and a motivating community to help you stay consistent. The goal? Boost your energy, feel good about yourself, and finish the year more confident than ever.

Challenge Rules:

1.

Follow the program to the best of your ability (goal: 80% of workouts completed minimum).

2.

Take “before” (day 1), mid-term (week 6) and “after” (week 12) photos – front, side, back and upload to the app (make it accessible to me).

3.

Be active in the group (GlowFit/Facebook): sharing, comments, encouragement.

4.

Share 1 Instagram story tagging @arianne.deveau over the course of 12 weeks (optional but would be cool hehe).
